ATM we only offer onsite repair within Singapore and Johor region, the rest of Malaysian regions' customer need to send their laptop back to reseller's shop where they purchase from, or our office located at Johor via mail-in or carry-in method. ILLEGEAR will pay for return shipping to customers' address.

Yes the repair term is very accurate, unlike any other vendor's distributor, we do keep lot of spare parts sitting around in our warehouse. Rather than passing your laptop to be fixed by 3rd party service center and ends up like 1 month plus of waiting time(due to part ordered from oversea), all illegear laptops are repaired by our own personnel, using local spare parts.

We do also have one-to-one exchange policy with both way shipping coverage for laptop fails within 14 days of purchasing.

Per our sager experience, this kind of laptop fails after 14 days is less than 1% probability.

Price of the XM models are so stupidly high that it's no longer justifiable anymore since the lower end QMs basically deliver 90% of that performance for a much lower cost.

Better save that money for dual 512GB SSDs in RAID for moar powah if you ask me!
