the encorp strand a bit kosong la but i don't know in future how will it be.
sunway giza side quite crowded.

Evolve concept mall is next to Eve condo?
Population and mall need to balance, and most importantly is offices that bring up a lot of commercial activities. The concept need to be right also. So many malls these days.

NZX suppose to be nice new concept.... dont know what it became already.

do u know whats d office occupancy in oasis? evolve i heard opening 29 august... too many high end retail/commercial stuff n many will suffer...

Met an uncle aged about 60++. He has been investing in properties since he was 20++. he told me he loves time like this.. So he is now accumulating more properties.. Hmmmmm.... Should I believe him? tongue.gif

i guess the point is, to collect if there price of properties drop, and before interest rate increase.
and that, only if you got enough bullet and holding power.

But price havent come down much yet, only abt 5 - 10 % so fast start accumulating?
