Ara Damansara is a good place.

Future potential...kind of quiet now. Citta mall doesn't have much hype and tesco is pretty quiet. If you drive around at night, streets are empty too. Shop lots are mostly car workshops or tyre shops.

Another new high rise coming is Cantara but SDP has postponed the launch indefinitely, maybe due to slow & quiet market?

SHC got the pricing terribly wrong for this project. They thought they are still in BU/DU where they have virtual monopoly on the prime land. Outside BU/DU , they are just another cinapek company who doesnt impress upon buyers on their design and quality and yet want to charge premium as if they are top tier ( in quality ) developer

No doubt the location is good. However, it seems that Ara Damansara has a number of failed projects - NZX, Citta Mall, Platinum Ara Damansara, shop-offices, etc. Not to mention the terrific traffic along Jalan Subang. Still, the old and matured Subang Jaya across Federal Highway is much more liveable and lively.

How is Pacific Place a fail project? Oakplace fully tenanted by Segi Students. Their condo almost all fully tenanted.
Evolve mall with gym/jaya grocer etc opening soon and another soho block going VP soon.
