I thought with 2k rental income, you need to fork out yourself another 2k for a 4k monthly installment (for a 800k mortgage) ?

where is the "free" come ?

Yield means more than your instalment bro. If 0 yield, means ngam2 cover instalment + maintenance. If negative yield, you need to pay certain part of the instalment. If -120% yield, means you didn't manage to rent it out and still need to pay all the maintenance fees etc.

This could be because of those condos that were launched during the earlier days only provided one car park. Wasn't aware of the yield for the 1200sqf unit, as for my unit i was told that I could fetch around 2.2k for a fully furnished unit. nod.gif

most likely u can get more than that..Oasis square studio 669 sqft also Rm1700 amonth,half furnish.

I keep wonder why oasis so good price? Coz convieninent above the offices?
Another point to note, is tat the rental would be of 2018 and not now.... So, expected it to rise la.

MK got 1MK, Publika, Hartamas malls and future Solaris 3 mall. I think these are better than citta.

IMO AD is better than MK. But I guess it all comes down to personal preference (since I'm currently based near Subang / PJ).

Err those units have always been available for sale. All about 8xx psf.
