if im not mistaken, PLAYTIME said it was SG set when ts bought the vita..so this is a whole new case here where PLAYTIME need to replace current HK set with a SG set..

so im thinking ts entitle for a new SG set not his current HK set..

ts pls confirm if this true or not..

yeah i believe so... he might wan to see if able to get bck claim unit in time or not... but since is HK set i think it will be late for that...

thx for all the support here! after verified my set is HK set, i have called Tim, and he also admit that my set is HK set and will give try to give me a good news on my unit by tomorrow! and by hope it will be able to deliver my unit to me before the hearing on 7 Dec 2012, in worst scenario Tim mention, if he not able to give me the unit on before 7 Dec he requested to give him by 30 days start from today to deliver if still failed to give he will exchange the unit with new one! The hearing will still proceed as i hope Tim will promise this in front of the hearing later.

I remember once i called them to enquire regarding black ops.... I ask when available, then the usual where u find us? Then ask me the price, i was like wtf.... Then he hung up....

What i can see now is let time settle everything

Since Ts is been promise by the sell with specific time and proceed with the hearing.

what Seller is in the wrong is 2 things-

Attitude
Dishonest
Nth much can be say and done now just give time since Ts already agree with what the seller says.

But if promise broken then further action as TS need to request Mod give a dispute tag on this matter.

Good to hear Kelvin will got true justice after all this.

Had a bad experience with them a few years ago. Sent my friend's ps2 to mod and ended up with broken lens, front power button came off and front panel not fitted properly.
Complained to them, they said it's not their fault.  Straight away i told them i'll boycott the shop. I doubt they even know how to fix things.

Btw i bought my PS Vita from them also... should i consider to register my warranty as well?
They said is SG set but i knot register in Sony SG previously .
i think mine is same as TS - HK set... Hmmmmm

Actually a dispute tag shld be given to the seller now oledi since he cheated TS on the origin of the Vita.

I am not surprised if more similar cases surface.
