I bet the seller just did the trash talking with no action at all. By the way,the Playtime store is nothing great. Just some normal game shop,I don't understand why the seller has to be so arrogant and badly treating his customers.
The shop will be closing very soon with no business if he still continues to act like this.

He should have done that long time ago without all these hassles and brought the case to the count for nothing.
And seriously even with the case solves later on, TS you must demand a clear apology from them at least for calling you a$$hole.

I bought some games from them as well previously.
Still remember got once I asked them about the availability of the game, they told me got stock. After I drove to their shop,they told me no stock... and asked me to wait for 2 weeks...wasted my petrol and time. I rather buy online by trusted seller through postage.

My advice to Playtime owner,please do train your workers well...some of them really have attitude problems like you.
