like the recent leipheimer allegations... people say that although in recent years he did not dope.. but his previous doping practices have allowed him to achieve a level of base performance that he could not have achieved if he was to train normally without PEDs... that would have given him an edge if he can maintain his physical fitness post-doping with or without PEDs...
i missed this important fact sweat.gif no wonder the ban-for-life thingy happened.

Aiya p2k so fast..but in a peloton should be ok maa unless you have to do your time in the wind then it's gonna be a tough one.

Anyway, I'm trying to change my saddle, perhaps to fizik arionne vs (I think vs is the one with parit in the middle of the saddle).

Want to have some sort of blood flow release at the parit..prologo doesn't have parit. Anyone else using this arionne before can provide comments?

there is cheap "don't cherish your life" version... < RM500 > or better ones from Dahon's, Java, Tern, ORi, Birdy, Montague, Brompton to name a few from RM1k upwards to RM7k and still rising... depending on your budget...

that one is tri kaki use...never tried before but apparently very famous among tri kakis...

i wonder the nose is so wide, does it feel funny?

but i think it is meant for tri kakis who is constantly sitting on the nose rather than further back while in aero crouch...

Added on December 13, 2012, 5:24 pmmr. jgx... berty's all carbon no padding saddle...with a strip of bar tape to hold his skinsuit in place...

haha... looks like they are helping promote spez saddles... they are wide enough especially around the nose and they have multiple sizing... their saddles are also considered to be rock hard by the pansies...

and yeah... sitting on cookie cutter... assometer.. damon rinard rules..

the ask the engineer articles are very good in depth articles written by cervelo guys... i like especially the myth on modulus... proves that a lot of us don't understand CF..
