Please don't get me wrong, I'm saying the existing customers will not likely put their money with CH directly again like what MS and SPS followers do..

Btw, please talk to those CH Dsara initial owners to explore what issues they experienced since day 1 and already resolved or not...

Hmm...if im not mistaken, they use different architect for different projects right?

MAnsion Park is under Tindak Murni.
CH Damansara is under Mega Palm.

Does it make any difference or just change of names?

Icic. Yes, MS and SPS have many followers. Despite of their high selling price, their followers still believe in their projects.
I heard the issue with the access is resolved only. Others not sure.

yea, CH Damansara got problems here and there.

But it is all sold out. That's the point.
You think all these multibillionaire are stupid for buying this project?
There know there is shit everywhere, my friend even told me this issue was on TV news.

It must have its value there that's why it is sold out.

i guess whenever a project isn't fully developed, you can't say that this problem is 100% no issue right? ^^

Nothing wrong with the location, both CH Damansara and Cyber Heights Villa are located at best location. Especially for Cyber Heights Villa, if this development owned by MS or SPS, the price will be double as what you can see in the iProperty.

For this developer, you can get discount to buy their unit, and you have to sell at discount in the market price when decided to dispose it. Sub-sale should be ok. But dealing directly with them, sometime you may vomit blood.. mad.gif

Funny .... Dont understand why people wants to stick their neck out. Well unless they are willing to endure many years of pain to resolve the problems..and provided it gets resolved. And then u must have lots of millionaires to fight the cause.

Yup, you are right also.

i think all the issues will be settle in the end, just a matter of time.
Maybe the price of the land will double up or triple up after all the issues are settle. It's damansara area.

That's why they bought it in the first place i think.
Just my opinion.
