Hmm...if im not mistaken, they use different architect for different projects right?
MAnsion Park is under Tindak Murni. CH Damansara is under Mega Palm. Does it make any difference or just change of names? |

Well, from what i've seen here,
yea, CH Damansara got problems here and there. But it is all sold out. That's the point. You think all these multibillionaire are stupid for buying this project? There know there is shit everywhere, my friend even told me this issue was on TV news. It must have its value there that's why it is sold out. i guess whenever a project isn't fully developed, you can't say that this problem is 100% no issue right? ^^ |

Yup, you are right also.
i think all the issues will be settle in the end, just a matter of time. Maybe the price of the land will double up or triple up after all the issues are settle. It's damansara area. That's why they bought it in the first place i think. Just my opinion. |
