hahaha. well it is up to individuals. but for me, if i can get those launched 2-3 years ago but below market price, I rather choose that.

If a prop was bought at Rm 700K 3 yrs ago n subsales now at Rm 1.0 mil (although market is asking for Rm 1.2 mil Rm200K below) it's still considered OK ya. To me under value means the summer glades 24x80 selling at Rm 900K, GR 24x80 selling at Rm 800K compares to SEG super link 26x95 Rm 1.1mil+.
Just my 2cents to share.

Sorry guys, was a bit busy. The subsales units are not located in CBJ. But you can find those in other places like The Peak, Nusa Tropika, Sering Ukay etc.

Some KLCC props also. If you nego further can go even lower.

Sometimes we get too excited in new props and didnt bother much about subsales (probably thinking that someone already pancung us already) but sometimes they didnt pancung, just sliced us a bit only.kekeke
