CBJ peeps, you all stop just stop and take a breath. I realized some subsales are selling below market price. suddenly new properties seemed less valuable to me.

If a prop was bought at Rm 700K 3 yrs ago n subsales now at Rm 1.0 mil (although market is asking for Rm 1.2 mil Rm200K below) it's still considered OK ya. To me under value means the summer glades 24x80 selling at Rm 900K, GR 24x80 selling at Rm 800K compares to SEG super link 26x95 Rm 1.1mil+.
Just my 2cents to share.

Sorry guys, was a bit busy. The subsales units are not located in CBJ. But you can find those in other places like The Peak, Nusa Tropika, Sering Ukay etc.

Some KLCC props also. If you nego further can go even lower.
