Is there a club house and come with free usage for the purchasers ?

For potential buyers, please asked the sales agents/developer what are the areas and facilities they are sharing with the existing parcels. For such high end development, it would be unthinkable not to have its own exclusive facilities and compound.
Also this development is parallel to the high way and existing ERL ....noise is a consideration.

Why on earth build on a piece of land only 6 acres and potentially share other facilities from other parcels ?

You heard only . Until it is documented, I am afraid its too risky and hugely disappointed later. Also agreed the ERL noise and nearness to the main highway is not attractive and cause of concern.

Funny .... Dont understand why people wants to stick their neck out. Well unless they are willing to endure many years of pain to resolve the problems..and provided it gets resolved. And then u must have lots of millionaires to fight the cause.
