QUOTE(ronnie @ Apr 8 2013, 08:03 PM) OICQUOTE(WhitE LighteR @ Apr 8 2013, 08:14 PM) Bro, Citibank card ar.... I don't like their CS, need to go thru so many steps to speak to a human unlike MBB CS, UOB PB CS and CIMB CS.By the way, Citi Premier Card got Toll (Citi VS no) Free number for CS? IF no what "prestige" card we talking about? hahaha Another thing about Citi cards are that they don't offer some kind of auto annual fee waiver. But the good thing is that their points are evergreen. EDITED OK, I just checked Citi Prestige Card Pros - 1. FREE cab ride from KLIA with 3 swipe overseas. 2. Unlimited access to airport lounge with PPM. 3. Extended warranty (T&C apply). 4. Purchase Protection. 5. Refund Protection - this is new to me. Sound good but don't know what are the T&C. CONS 1. Annual fee RM1K/year 2. 1 Reward Point for every RM1 spend locally. 3. 2 Reward Point for every RM2 spend overseas. 4. Citi Prestige Concierge and Customer Service no Toll Free line. AND to get the 180K points one must pay the annual fee of RM1000 and swipe RM3K http://www.citibank.com.my/prestige/nikon-tnc.html If you ask me, better go get Alliance Visa Infinite (annual income requirement RM150K) and get first year annual fee waived, unlimited access to airport with PPM and auto annual fee waiver with RM30K spending. AND best of all 2x and 5X Reward Points for local and overseas spending respectively. This post has been edited by Gen-X: Apr 8 2013, 08:59 PM |

I wonder why someone with 200k income per annum is having so much fuss about the 1k annual fee. Just play a few rounds of golf, you got your ROI immediately.
The CS line (I'm referring to CTB Prestige Concierge Service) is so easy to use. Just key in your Prestige CC number, you'll be diverted to the Prestige Concierge AVR. From there you can immediately speak to an operator or your personal Lifestyle Management Manager currently being managed by Ten Group Lifestyle Management and Concierge Services. What more do you need? Personally, I've just came back from my golfing trip booked via Prestige Concierge and I am 102% satisfied. |

QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Apr 10 2013, 11:22 PM) Bro, that's because I'm not rich lah ( to be considered rich or upper class, one needs more than RM10M in assets these days, USD1M today can't get one a bungalow in a gated community and a new Bentley) but why want to pay RM1K when we can get cards for FREE I wonder if CitiGold customers are issued the card FREE. And on the topic of golf, I actually was a part of a team which constructed a golf course and my ex-boss even gave me a golf set which is just collecting dust. And I noted that our new member just joined today to come to support Citibank When I signed up for my UOB Privilege Banking VI, I was given the option of annual fee of RM1800 waiver or pay the annual fee and get a camera. And everyone that I know who has the UOB VI (not many lah ony 3 person, haha) opted for the FREE annual fee instead of paying for the camera. And please note, these people earn much more than RM200K per year and have liquid assets much more than RM1M. And as for the Citibank non Toll FREE Prestige Concierge Service, one still has to press 16 times (16 digits Prestige CC number) on the key pad versus MBB Platinum Toll Free once, MBB Toll FREE Premier CS immediate and CIMB non Toll Free immediate to speak to a human This post has been edited by Gen-X: Apr 11 2013, 04:19 AM |

But I am sure in time they will be offering it to their CitiGold customers soon. And yes, I also would not want to pay the annual fee, what more grab another camera, as already got too many cameras at home I wonder if CitiGold customers are issued the card FREE.
