I just get it 21 Feb 2013, after I make complaint to Citibank.

is the promo still available? sometimes citibank didn't update the promo one..

Received a SMS:

Guaranteed RM 40 cash back for min spending of RM 2000 each month from 1 MAR to 31 MAY.

Should I enroll? What's the catch? But I doubt that I can use till RM 2k per month.

Hah! I just made a complaint yesterday as well....but it was more of a bad CS agent rather than the gift...due to I gave them a call about the gift and the agent wasn't very helpful. But CTB followed up today on the complaint and apologized as well.

Sorry to say..no more. This promo was until the end of Nov 2012. But you didn't miss much, since it seems like we had to complain to get the gifts out.

It is $50 Cash Back with min Spending of $2000 a in Month....

Mine requires me to spend at least RM4,500 for 3 consecutive months and only to get a guaranteed RM80 cash back per month

if i sign the iphone from celcom blue cube can I convert the upfront payment to easy pay or the flexi payment plan?

I don't think so. I believe you can only convert the phone purchase into installment plan.

You want to apply for installment plan during the purchase or after the purchase?

I Not Sure also... maybe You can Call Citi's Customer Service ask for Further Details on that

I wish I could apply installment plan during the purchase...but if after purchase do i still can get 0% interest installment?

For after purchase, you have to check with Citibank.

For during the purchase, you have to check with the merchant.

It already been nearly two weeks but i did not get any feedback on my application and when i call the customer service to check the status and the machine prompt me to enter my ic number and the feedback was no record found.. what does that mean? is it still under processing or my application is not submitted? what happen to their one hour approve??

If You Apply through Agent at Shopping Mal maybe will took Longer time coz the Agent Prefer Accumulate All Others Application & Submit One Lump Sum together... Usually, You will Know the Status of Your Application in 3 Weeks time

Last time, I have My Clear Card ready in 1 Month... via Agent in Shopping Mall
