just received my trolley bag. it is not POLO brand anyways, cannot recall what brand but it starts with the letter "C".

How you get the trolley bag? I just applied my card 2 weeks back. You called the cs or go to bank or how? Do you get both 50% rebate and trolley bag or either one?

Mine was approved 2 days after documents submission through email, 2 or 3 weeks should be maximum. If your aplication is successful, you will receive email from them that you have enrolled e-statement. Read t&c at their website to see whether you will get the trolley bag.

Why does it take too much time. My card is already approved and were asked to collect it on last week Wednesday . But I don't have time to collect, so I asked them to post it instead. Until now not receive yet.

Thanks. Swiped more than RM500. I applied at Midvalley Kiosk on Sunday 4-5pm and card ready by 7-8pm on the same day. Because need to pay for something necessary, thus apply that card to swipe. Waiting for the rewards now. smile.gif

Forget about the perceived status of the card. (Read : don't be blinded about the Platinum status) It's all about getting a card which matches your lifestyle and not creating a lifestyle around your card.
If switching cards means forgoing what you enjoy and getting less ... then why bother ?

Lucky I called CS about my delayed CC post issue earlier today. Seems that it was stuck for since at the post office for no reason. Then I called postlaju and they told me that I will get the package(my CC) by tomorrow.
