Guys, the 1st purchase RM250 rebate
If the 1st purchase i swipe RM100, then i have RM50 rebates. The remaining RM200 i cannot entitle becoz 2nd swipe not apply right?

RM250 only applies to applicant at KL selected mall only. Mine apply at Melaka. Funny is the trolley bag still have. I applied on 15/12 |

Before new year i call to CS ask them can waive the annual fee for Clear credit card. The CS said can, but need to wait it to appear in statement 1st only i can waive.
Then i call again to waive, now this girl told me cannot waive becoz new policy come out. I argue with her on this matter. Solution give me is cancel my clear card and issue me another credit card with no benefit with free for life. I argue back with her that promise is promise and this consider cheating. She keep on saying policy change lah, clear card got 1 to 1 CBTL & GSC then you have to pay the RM90. So frustrated... |
