Anyway, gonna terminate it this month

mine is 3 times my salary, but gonna keep it for another 2 months then cancel it, since already got all the Rm300 cashback

their balance transfer rate & flexi payment charge is not that attractive.

it's the plat card by the way, probably because they gave you a gold card that's why the limit is a bit lower. an office colleague of mine got gold card with the Rm250 cashback with the limit of 4k only

cancelled all my SCB cards last month.
Yesterday got a call from the guy from price solution, whose helped me to add cards, he sounded angry and question why I cancel the card, i told him no rebate on petrol anymore, then in a very sarcastic tone say " you cancelled because of that?", I just speechless. lol

Probably the guy had a long and bad day.
And retention tactics is failing coz of people calling in to cancel their cards. I mean you can't blame the customer for doing so when practically all of your competitors are just better than SCB when they removed the rewards/cash back/rebates right ?

i activated my card on 10/1/2013
until now i havent get any cash back

those who are on the 15% petrol cash back promo, when was the last time u received the petrol rebate? Mine was in December and until now haven't receive my rebate for January transaction.
I've reverted back to OCBC for now.

your rebate will be credited after 45-60 days.. if u use in March.. probably u will get your rebate in end of April or end of May.

I received my SCB plat card last week, the credit limit is the same with my bank rakyat gold card. going to cancel the card once use the cash back and get refund for SC Marathon.

By default Standard Chartered will send the statement to mailing address right?
If I only need eStatement and do not want the paper statement, I have to do it online?
Any charges if I swap from paper statement to eStatement?

For new cards, the default is eStatement. They even converted my paper statement to eStatement when I applied for new cards, and I have to send a request to revert back to paper statement. No charges for my case.

My case was inverted....
By getting new CC from SCB deactivated my eStatement into Paper statement. I had to call the CS 2 times to get it changed back to eStatement.

I was so worry for the late payment since you said the default is eStatement rather than physical copy.

Called up Customer service and confirmed that mine is hardcopy statement

hi all, last week i received my card.. then i register my online banking..
the next day i called and activate the card.

but till now whenever i logged in and click CARD.

what i saw is

how do i see if i get the RM300 cash back ? i suppose to get RM55 rite? but i dont see it too. thxxxxx

mine only reflected in online banking after 3-4 days of the online banking creation
