Now when I can receive a smart tag ? Anyone can help ?

Just made the call to Standard Chartered.

Was told the 15% petrol cashback will only come in 45 days after transaction and the Touch n' Go card will only come in 90 days after card activation.

Not a very pleasant call too. The operator sounded rude. Can't wait to terminate this card.

Just when I was about to call CS to enquire why I haven't got my Jan & Feb petrol rebate, checked online this morning and they finally gave me the rebates.
Even better is that they gave me my Nov & Dec rebates, again! So I got 2x rebates for Nov & Dec Hopefully they won't reverse the transaction

applied on mid-march, received my smartag today

i have call the cs to get my last few month petrol rebate. then, they give me back the rm80 for last few month petrol cash back last week. however, they give me again rm 80 yesterday. what should i do? will they take back the cash back in my credit card account later?

My application is previously rejected for the RM300 cashback promotion last time.

I think some time last week, Price Solutions ppl called me up and say if I go for 15% petrol CB + touch&go RM100 it will be easier to approve.

So i gave my consent (though i ask for free money also but she advised me to apply for the sub card after that)

I received sms my card is approved and being send to me. However I check online there's no such promotion with TnGO anymore.

And I can't remember the PS person that calls me.

If so who should i confirm with on this?

For my case, it took them 2 weeks+ but yet no money received. Call numerous of times...fed up with their sucks service. (Was told by their customer service that it can be done within 5 working days.)
