I applied SCB visa (platinum) before CNY with the condition of:- 1) Cash in Card RM55 2) Touch n Go RM100 or Smartag machine 3) 15% petrol rebate.
To-date I still haven't received any touchngo card.....hmm
Should I give them a call?

QUOTE(v2_vehooi @ Mar 10 2013, 10:27 PM) Dear all, I just notice that the SCB credit card already stop reward us the cash rebate and points effective 2nd Jan 2013. Means if we use the SCB Business Platinum Card to swipe anything, we earn nothing. I just got the latest statement and it's real not even the 15% cash rebate for petrol? OMG

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Mar 24 2013, 01:08 PM) For new cards, the default is eStatement. They even converted my paper statement to eStatement when I applied for new cards, and I have to send a request to revert back to paper statement. No charges for my case. I was so worry for the late payment since you said the default is eStatement rather than physical copy. Called up Customer service and confirmed that mine is hardcopy statement

QUOTE(fastreader @ Apr 14 2013, 12:39 PM) the 15% cashback petrol is stated as 6 months. 6 months from the date of approval?.. For those who applied from 1st-30th April Petrol CashBack Rewards are capped at RM48 per month per customer. In addition, the Bank will pay out only up to a maximum total Petrol CashBack of RM640,000 from 1 April to 31 October 2013, across all Successful Eligible Customers that applied via the Bank’s branches or direct sales agencies (“Campaign Cap”).

QUOTE(Rooivalkx @ May 16 2013, 11:52 PM) I just saw that my Platinum Mastercard has an annual fee of RM250. Will they waive it? I don't want the card if they are going to charge it... It shouldn't reflect in your statement. Suggest you called up their call centre.
