well, i think she get the commision and i get the rebate, and then straight away cancel. win-win situation. well, lost to standard chartered i think.

I went to apply for refinance standard charted, but then the agent ask me to sign in the credit card. So i just signed, not the card approved send to my house. Plantinum Business.

received notice of cancellation through SMS after 14 days, after forwarding a complaint to BNM. Nobody from SCB respond to my email or online message. My choicepoints were not transferred to my other card as instructed in my letter. Made a call to their careline and was put on hold for 15 mins, 3 times and still no one responded to my call.

If you cancel within 6 months, her commission is withdrawn, IINM.
