had a few frens tempted to buy MF on separate occasion last few months.. but all of them were turned off due to the interior and surroundings...

Damn.. sure BBB wan for this Fennel. But for me.. I feel Capers location is a bit better.

If all 4 blocks 900+ units plus the units from Capers, then the design will not be ICONIC anymore. Capers buyers will be pissed.

Capers buyers will be pleased than pissed when YTL announce the pricing soon... unique or not dont really care, pocket important..

Drove past Sentul area and saw the on-going construction of the zig-zag design of Capers. Wow... Amazing engineering feat. Like this la can call iconic!

Sure BBBB one. Will YTL do online booking like DAMANSARA FORESTA -- can book from home? No need queue, no need ballot. Wah... If online booking, will become like AirAsia free seats booking -- portal will be jammed!

I think YTL finishing better than SP SETIA -- any comments? Sime Darby also good.

I used to be an engineer for YTL sentul project and live at tamarind and saffron. Basically furnishing is good. The bad thing is they are using light weight concrete to do partition and the sound proof is damn bad. U can hear footsteps from above floor, banging etc. Worst when it's renovation. It's freaking loud.

Qaulity aside, this project seems to be in bbb mode. Ytl will change the face of sentul east.
