Very sad quality indeed. If only the quality is as good as it's marketing work communicating how sexy it's projects are.

Bad quality of midfields?
I thought YTL a very reputable developer with top quality like Setia?

Just signed Snp last Saturday. The remaining 10% balance can be paid by credit card to the sales office in Starhill. So I am only paying this week. YTL so good.

Seems like RHB is the only bank offering BLR - 2.5% whole duration with no lock in period. Others are like max BLR -2.5% for first 5 years from 1st drawdown.

So give RHB a try, though I heard the quota is fast finishing.

Is YTL absorb the Loan Doc legal fee & stamp duty?

If not mistaken, RHB probably has the higher fee of the loan doc fee based on same loan size from a same lawyer, due to they practice the loan documentation fee to be pay by borrower instead of by the lawyer themselves.

I have seen the Fennel brochures as well as the floor plan but I still has some doubt on the lanai. Was it suppose to be a balcony and accessible from living room and bedroom ? Is there suppose to be another glass window outside the lanai area?

Any ideas are welcomed, no matter how wild it may sound.

Don't think is possible to go outside, it is just a big glass.

The lanai runs across the whole length of your unit. . it is either 600mm width or 1000mm, hence you have 1186 and 1237 built up for type A ..there are glass sliding doors at living and bedroom for access to the lanai..it is not wide enough to put chairs etc..it is for you to stand for smoke or view the pool and landscape park

yepp...didn't think the lanai served much purpose, as YTL has not boasted much about it...i.e. not a marketing strong point
