anyway...got another affordable classic looker...an orient star.
got the usual sapphire, solid links, see-thru caseback with nothing much to look at. once im not lazy to setup my lights, then i'll take some better photos. probably put it on a dark brown strap later to make it just abit diff from my other blue dials. |

Have not molested one before but the clasp looks pretty good as well. QUOTE(Catnip @ Dec 20 2012, 11:25 PM) Around RM 3.5K for Tag Heuer including module swap. For Tudor, maybe more than that. Peanuts for those driving a Porsche 906 or 910. RM3.5K + RSC premium = OMG Tudor doesn't seem very popular here huh |

QUOTE(patryn33 @ Dec 21 2012, 10:07 AM) 20yrs ago, its just 1992! Interesting but what if you're already 80 years old and wouldn't a watch "before" you be classified as an antique instead? vintage is more like watches back in 1970s and before to me. within in 1980s is just old watch.. LOL Would a pre-1985 Heuer be considered a vintage? This post has been edited by sniper on the roof: Dec 21 2012, 10:18 AM |

QUOTE(sniper on the roof @ Dec 20 2012, 04:12 PM) i would rather > 30yrs to be vintage.that seems to apply to others too like guitars...except for things like cars QUOTE(sniper on the roof @ Dec 21 2012, 09:46 AM) Gave up on the Skyfall AT? not gave up.Nevertheless that Orient seems to be a great value and sensible buy. RM3.5K + RSC premium = OMG Tudor doesn't seem very popular here huh AFAIK, its still currently only available at the omega boutiques only. couple months ago when i asked an AD, they said stocks only expected to come around jan 2013. so i'm still waiting since we also know AD's can give better discount. |

Cost less than half of your budget, classical looking without being too sissy, good sturdy movement....Google it. This post has been edited by sniper on the roof: Dec 21 2012, 03:02 PM |
