It's different in Size and Price only....
If bout quality, need refer to grades: First Grade 1/144 High Grade 1/144 or 1/100 Master Grade 1/100 Perfect Grade 1/60 |

QUOTE(kct-86 @ May 29 2006, 09:26 PM) erm what price u get for that?its not coz the price is expensive, most gundams modeller buy at the right time, on normal occasion its very expensive lol, try find promotions, it will be worthwhile i believe for the sake of hobby, u shud not put price on priority. you might end up with a model you don't really love yes 1/100 or 1/144 make your choice hehe, of course there are pro and cons on each with 1/100 size MG/HG , its more expensive, you need more space but its worthwhile and much satisfaction after completing it with 1/144 size NG/HG, cheaper but less detailed, but you can buy a whole army of gundams |

QUOTE(kct-86 @ May 29 2006, 09:26 PM) MG 1/100 Aile Strike Out? I wonder why? It's a 3900+ kit, which you'd probably get it around RM 150-170 if you really look hard for it. If I'm not mistaken it's probably around RM 150....A1 and C1 is around RM 135.... rougly in that range, unless you manage to reduce it a bit more.... I don't know which one you'd like, but the MG strike has better mobility. The Zetas cannot twist their waist due to the transformation mechanism though... Happy modelling... Get an MKII instead for great mobility |

Obviously Mk.II is the MOST poseable thing around, but I'm sure most people would go for a Mk.II, so I got to get something else. Poseability is not one of my priorities in buying those.
And I'll learn the ropes with a HG 1/144 first. Will do MG later, since I got a knack for breaking stuff in the later stages. |

I take a HG 1/144 first. MG would be too challenging for me at the moment.
Yeah, I've placed enquiries at their thread. This post has been edited by kct-86: May 30 2006, 10:49 PM |

Poseability is not one of my priorities in buying those. Well, my advice is to go with the usual 1/100 if you don't wish to get an MG. Don't get an 1/144 as it is too small. The only good thing about an 1/144 is its smaller size so that it's easier to store. And I'll learn the ropes with a HG 1/144 first. Will do MG later, since I got a knack for breaking stuff in the later stages. An 1/144 lacks details, and there are more parts which are uncolored obviously. I've thought of buying 1/144s, but when compared beside my other 1/100s, I gave up on them. Of course, there are several 1/144 models (eg CGue deeparms) which should be made into 1/100... but there seems to be no chance of it happening. BUt, but but.... Go for an MG Strike... I don't like strike, yet I feel this model is very well made. |

Well, well...see how it turns out first, because obviously I have to keep this aside when parents are at home.
Plus money is an issue right now, as I have been using a lot of $$$ for studies. This post has been edited by kct-86: May 31 2006, 10:16 AM |
