EDIT: WTF?! on HLJ it says that Strike Rogue IWSP has been discontinued. so do u think young_soul can find it?
*
I'm guessing discontinued only means they stopped production. My friend wanted a Wing Gundam Endless Waltz Custom MG...HLJ.com discontinued, but I still found them at the shops. So, like I said...you cannot use these sites other than to browse for what's in the market. Use it like a catalogue, don't see any other detail except maybe the size, weight, and release date.

The Strike Rouge + IWSP is indeed superior in its design, but the 1/144 looks like crap if you dont paint it.

And painting it seems like alot of work. >_<

What's so hard? Just need some white, grey, panel lines and that's it.

depends on the availability you could paint the thing in lacquer based paint and then put the panel lining using enamel black.
and then wipe out the excess using cotton bud soaked in enamel thinner as the lacquer based base coat won't get damaged.

or paint, glossy coat, put decals, glossy coat, washing, wipe out, weathering(option), top coat. Viola!

Enamel/acrylic paint + moar retarder + fine brush (size 000 or 00, for different surface area) + some patience = everyone is a painter :D

Bandai did have another line up called HY2M and produced 1/12 as well as 1/24 scale Zaku and Gundam models..
would look cool with 1/24 scale vehicle and airplane along with 1/24 scale Gundam. biggrin.gif

Besides that Ex-S is not from Bandai.
If I'm not mistaken that one's G-Systsem recast(?)...

is it?! shocking.gif

Ok.. you have any website that can let me open my big big eyes.. notworthy.gif

If got 1/12 or 1/24 then that's so cool.. i doubt it would be any cheaper either! Ok i think now the plan is work hard and save save save.. biggrin.gif

The 1/12 Zaku thing (or at least, I've only saw a 1/12 scaled Zaku) is made of fail and suck. It lacks loads of details (torso, legs and arms are smooth as hell, with no carved panel lines) and is expensive as crap

Don't bother. Dalong is made of suck and fail too. He never bothers to thin out the fresh panel lines he drew (even rubbing plain water on the surface immediately after drawing the lines would do), despite already doing 2394567 model kits.

Still, I wanna know what that rotring pen is. I have the same problem when I use my gundam marker to color some panels. It certainly looks better after he used that rotring pen (whatever the hell that is).
