Hello ppl,

Any GFF collectors in here? Just wanna find out from y'all a bit. I've been around shopping for GFF ...so far I've noticed that the figures are mostly dis-figured (you could see thru the box). Examples are the leg parts, wings, weapons...mostly bent. Ppl are saying how detailed & high quality these GFFs are but I just don't see it. Any comments? I've tried bending em straight but it'll just go back to it's bent state after some time.

I am looking for GFF #0006 Wing Gundam locally. Anybody seen it selling at any shop? Or anybody willing to sell? (Must be in good/new condition) Thanks.

BTW, they are not die cast. They are made from ABS and PVC.

Well, if you're not into modelling and just want some cool Gundams/MS to display around, then MSIA and HCM-pro is a good alternative.

Way cheaper and more robust than a GFF. If you can find them cheap, go and get them. A word of advice, newer MSIA are better quality than the older ones.

Don't mess with the HCM-pro too much, I find their joints become very loose after much fiddling around.

Hey guys I need help.

I always use Tamiya putty to fix up the crack btwn 2 part (how we call this technique already?)

I found that tamiya putty is too soft and very hard to make the shape. Let's say after fix up the crack already (sorry I really forgot how we cal it... sweat.gif ), push a little bit it will come out and spoilt it.

Guys please recommend me any good putty which is very good for this technique. Recently I quite busy so I have no time for my strike freedom, today I resume the building for it, and I found that tamiya putty is not good for big scale model.

to shape an item, u hav to use epoxy putty....

1 kind of epoxy putty u can find in hardware shop is bondite

Bondite consists of the resin (the yellow one) and hardener (the white one). It should be mixed equally (50:50) and it is kneadable.

You can use it to do mods and it is easy to apply. Once applied and before it hardens you can use some water to smoothen the surface with your hand. Once it has hardened then you will have to use sandpaper or sometimes dremel to sand it because it turns rock hard.
