Updated my S3 to Jellybean 4.1.1 last week with no issues. Mine is not jail broken.

Android UI is far cooler than Samsung TouchWiz.

I see a lot of people keep complaining about the battery life in jb. To me, standby time is same as ics. The real battery killer is browser since I surf a lot

Guys. When I disable the double press of home button to launch s voice I get a annoying side affect. When my screen turns off due to time out and followed me pressing the home button, instead of maintaining the app I am in it returns me to the home menu screen. I don't remember ics had such problems . I'm using malaysian jelly bean. Anybody have same problem?

I somehow experience the same thing. I saw someone experiencing this problem as well. Since it doesn't bother me much, I'm okay with it =)

Well after testing and testing various settings, i found that if you go to Settings > Lock Screen > if you are using swipe or whatever else, change lock screen to either pattern/pin > then there will be a new setting configuration, then look for "lock automatically" then select "immediately" > then you can change it back to swipe if you like..

That should do the trick and when you press the home button there should be a locked screen and after you unlock the app will still be there

Yeah. It's so annoying to me. Lucky smart stay lessens the occurrences. To me it's a bug.

recommended to do so to avoid any lags/battery problem, but remember to back up your data first though

White Version considered limited edition?? hmm.. but I saw quite alot on the market selling same price like blue colour..

how cheap can it be ? i would rather buy frm samsung authorised dealer and make sure its good to go.... save RM100-200 and get a lemon unit . and u cannot return even thru its defect unit on the spot ? well.. i wouldnt take the risk

Jjdesu, so far i didn't face any of this problem... You can always go back to ICS using Odin if you think these problem arise after upgrade...
