QUOTE(N33d @ Nov 7 2012, 12:44 AM) might be charger prob, might be software prob, might be battery prob. so, at which level recommended to charge? what if emptied the battery (until phone shutdown) and charge to full? Which one is the good way of charge?hope i can help on that particular prob but one thing need to advise better dont charge only when it near depletion.. it will strain the li-ion battery heavily.. less depth of charge(DoD = 100% - remaining charge, dont know how to explain in word |

QUOTE(N33d @ Nov 7 2012, 01:13 AM) empty all is a no-no.. it is equal to 100% Depth of charge which according to data of battery university(link below) the li-ion cycle is only 300-500.. Awesome! Nice info there. when u charge while ur batt shows 50% (DoD = 50), cycle increase more than 2 times (1200-1500), means reduce half of the depth, u got more than twice the benefits lvl recommend i think hard to recommend cos it depends on many things.i charge mine around when reached 30-40%.. just to giv u the real concept rather than some myths floating aroud more reading if u like : http://batteryuniversity.com/learn/article...based_batteries But what if i wanna calibrate my battery once in a while? According to what i've read, need to discharged until phone shut down and charged untill full, then discharged again, then charged back to full, then done calibrate. No? |

QUOTE(N33d @ Nov 7 2012, 01:34 AM) i dont know how android handle calibration cos android stored a file bout battery stat in the os not the battery and google around doesnt have a consistent answer, some say this some say that so i chosen force calibration thru an app called.. battery calibration by Nema Awesome. Downloading now. hehe. Thank you so much! inside the app got instruction on how to do it and its concept is like what the batt uni is.. |

Is it like this or mine is problem one? or how i can make it light up when i touch the screen? It like that when update to jelly bean. idk why. But, when i looking at youtube, all S3 that upgraded to JB will be like this. Maybe because of the update. |

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Nov 7 2012, 07:03 PM) I've read at play store comment, lots of people having this problem. It's a well know problem for light flow. For example, if you open/close folder, there are a voice talkback and also when you pinch your homescreen to view all also got that voice. It is so annoying and somewhat a lil horror too. haha. But i already uninstalled it and use light manager now. hehe |
