=-( getting more sad now, RM 500 psf, means we are getting nearer to be alike Singaporean/Hkies/Japanese.

it seems like olives is a better value in terms of accessibility since it is within subang.

500psf is cheap. nearby V12 already 600psf and is leasehold somemore. but Arte@s.w. also abt the price but is not located under subang

I'm a bit interested, but not familiar with this area, let say for investment (more tend to rental play), is this price consider high, reasonable, or cheap?

new to the "special preview" thingy, should I bring along the cheque too? |

The email doesn't state we have to bring the dijaya privilege card. Worst case, if I borrow my relatives card, is it still acceptable?
