Windmills are there to generate some flow/ water movement in the lake so that the water is not stagnant if I'm not mistaken.

might as well installed some windfarm to generate power as well as looking better and modern......

the windmill is really looking out of place in modern Metropark...its more like mid western countries where trump supporters come from.

anywhere am not vested (yet) but as long as owners are happy......that's all the matters.

Money shouldn't be the problem. The thing is, do you think KTM would just bow down and say yes to a relocation? Many other things have to be considered.

thinking back now...how Tropicana can ask for relocation when they are not even launched their commercials? Looks like it may take a very long time to materialise as I was told they commercial is only expected to be launched 1Q 2018..

i went to metropark earlier today. tropicana did make efforts on closing/hiding the power plant from residence's view. the plants and trees are still fresh and new, some of it even supported by wood. given some time, the trees will grow but i dont know whether it will grow bigger and taller suffice enough to cover up the power plant.

eventho the plants and trees arent much on covering the power plant from being hideous for us to see, i personally wont mind much about it. when i drove into the place, i didnt feel any distraction. this being said, i do believe living in the lower floor unit especially those who bought unit that face exactly to the power plant, would feel less nice because of the view.

so yeah, driving pass by it ok la, but to see it from living room everyday? hm... (i am currently living in an apartment, my view is an under-con condo... )

IMO, those who bought units that on higher level wont affect as much.

this is just my personal view la.

maybe purchasers from pandora who already went inside their unit can show us view from your properties, and see what people think about it?

Agree with you Gill71, .. mostly are alam sanjung @ subang west agent.. sure need to degrade tropicana metropark so their property located in shah alam can sell as well... for make their end living.. 

Property stakeholder usually is Buyer , Seller , Potential buyer, Agent (both internal and outsource tropicana agent) but le the most active here seems like competitor agent such as subang west agent.
