From the model it seems like one and half or a little more the size of Paloma...

My needs are quite simple: place to eat, place to shop for my daily needs, park to walk, and place to access to public transport e.g btr or whatever...
It seems TMP can't completely fulfill my needs and I'm back to square...
I think I should be more hardworking to earn more money... Time to get more odd jobs... :-(

Just an update on the email that I received.
Went to Tropicana's office in TCM just now. Apparently I overpaid the amount via my loan. The amount was covered for the rebates and incentives etc.

almost the same time you bought yours lo.
my loan covers the amount of the rebates and incentives, that's why i got the refund.
if your loan excludes the rebates, then i don't think they will refund as there are no overpayment.

btw, have you received the Tropicana privilege card?

DIBS is just only part of it. They also include the amount they promised to give as rebate.

They just wanted to clear off the remaining units.
The turbulence will come very soon, the units will be even more difficult to be sold off.
Plus, which bank would want to lend you money when the economy is down?

I remember Paloma is not under DIBS. DIBS was banned after 2014 federal budget.
The amount of rebate dispatched earlier, part of it was supposed to be the compensation for the DIBS. That's why the sales assistant asked not to tell the bank regarding this rebate ever existed.
Am I missing something?

Time makes the difference. You just can't compare the price now and the one 2 years ago.
Many other properties had its price gone down ever since RM did badly.
Some other properties became unsold. I personally feel Tropicana as a developer is trying to clear out the remaining unsold units...
Besides, you won't be able to choose the unit that you wanted as 2 years back. End up you might get unfavorable unit e.g. Facing directly to the high tension cable, or other poor view.
Secondly, you might not be able to get loan with good offer as what you had 2 years ago (unless you paid by cash).

the market is tough now... Selling out these units is difficult....

dijaya is only trying to clear up leftovers and getting fund back into their reserve...
At least I know if I haven't taken up the unit 2 years ago, I wouldn't able to afford one now... And the bank wouldn't approve my loan.
