Sometime ads do serve as brand awareness beside tactical ads. It lend value to the brand and your property and thats where brand equity comes. Also thats where you pay premium for such brand. Hahhahah

Price decrease makes me mad about them. It show they charge ridiculously high for handsome profit. Investors might felt cheated and having hard time selling it due to cheaper units in the same development.

916 is average. Imagine 750sq with 3 rooms. Everything also tiny... I lived in such size before. But comfy and easy to do housekeeping.

Very good buy for 664k. Most important is what SPA price? Some owner bought at 750k partial with furnishing. But i couldn't justify the 90k for partial furnishing. Kena con kau kau by Tropicana la.

Paloma 1300sq left 1 unit. Mostly leftovers are 916sq. I would say 70% taken up.

Went to showroom today. Current progress, they are paving the road into Pandora. Also preparing launch for Midori. Sales person also say price from 350k onwards for smallest unit. Promo and freebies not yet disclosed. If after rebate, below 300k can consider or not?

Any1 wan kepoh can go to their gallery now. Scale model is ready for viewing. Got midori and another new residential tower beside paloma. Its impressive but design not revolutionary.

Show unit is not ready though.
