Metroplex. Some1 in forum said will launch in June. I have no idea. I suppose Tropicana still waiting the right moment to launch it.

I dont know why tropicana wanna launch soho. Current sentiment is about affordable homes. Should they launch something with min 2/3 bedrooms about 1000sq? Probably they cant for metropark. Land is too pricey. Well thats what people want now. Given a choice i will stay away from soho.

Anyone have latest progress pic? Video would be nice too. I want to see Pandora roofing.

I also went. Saw workers start doing wiring.

I also felt cheated by their recently few promotion. No matter how i count my end payable sum, that additional semi furnish and extra car park doesnt worth the value of over 100k++ saving lo. i rather they dont give me semi furnish and pay me that saving more. Sigh.. Can complain to gomen ar?

Market good seller hold the price. Market bad seller throw price. Hopefully economy better in next few years. Usually 10 years cycle.

They will not change it. Wait for another 10 years then talk about color change in JMB meeting. Is 'affordable luxury property' yet price not affordable. So they give you brown for 'affordable'.

On serious note, developer will try to match original artist impression when VP. When purchasers bought it, it shall be mutual understanding that purchaser seen and agreed whats presented.
