Pandora alreading reaching the highest floor. 42 months stated in SPA to avoid late penalty. If connecting highway completed, then that is when Pandora gonna complete.

FB owner group can be useful to certain extend. It can also cause reverse effect. If owners let go their frustration through this channel it may lead to overall development image perhaps downgrading it even further. Complains shall be addressed correctly and through proper channel. Of course positive comments are highly appreciated. Norms, people complains more than compliments. Hopefully this proposed FB group shall not established from the basis of this fire incident.

Hmmmm. I cant imagine tropicana is giving this cheap awning. Was expecting concrete slab or aluminium composite panel. Exposed beams just dont go well with this 'luxury'. Thats just me. If that roof part of 'my' penthouse, i would be so piss off.

I have been to their nasi lemak fest. Didnt take pic. From construction site, they are making bubble lift to the lake for pandora.
