Paloma still got a lot of units from what I see at the chart. Property is in cooling period and there are plenty of choice available in Klang Valley. Will need some time picking up. Furthermore once flyover done it's going to be better. I hope so la.

The school is because GEMS is interested to open one there. So with sealed agreement then build is alright. If mall is under their expenses, I doubt they wont build so soon unless some mall management keen to invest there. Same story with medical centre. I foresee Paloma and Pandora success or failure will determine this integrated future development. We never know if Tropicana may sell the land to others. I hope won't la.
