Would like to ask all sifu here. What to do/happen if the actual unit floor plan differ from the signed SPA?

You will be compensated....but must be smaller by certain %...i thought it was 10% but someone claimed it is actually 2%....meaning the shortage must be more than 2% in order for ground to claim. The rate of claim also in the spa.

Same also if developer final product is BIGGER than spa...buyers will need to pay extra....although iin reality i never came across any such counter claim.

Thank you. I noticed my floor plan in SPA differ from the actual unit (from exterior picture). I can only verify this when VP. I didnt know I need to pay extra if its bigger.

Targeting in March. TNB application was long time ago. Some affected units get email from TNB asking for payment. But thats not a major issue to be concern off. It just a system glitch.
