How many km to the LRT? if not 300-400m not a lot of price hike.. Today ur wharf rental only 3%.. Tropicana projects many already more than 4% despite sky high prices...

The place aleady got KFC, nasi kamdar mamak restauramt, Mydin and even 7e...maybe they will relocate to the new mall once ready ..imagine eating kfc than lepak mamak got free wifi watch free tv big screen somemore and sshopping at Mydin..no need to go jam plces like Midvally

My last visit is already reached 15 floors for block A. SPA is written longer because they afraid cant deliver on time. I suspect mid 2016 can get key d. Mayb i should visit again to see their park. Mentioned somewhere that it will complete by mid 2015.

hello bro..wat so special abot so called edu centrr...wait till all tbe pesky students rented half the floor u staying than thry will paryy evry nigjt making noises...me sure everybody can confirm tis poblem..as for greenery Metopak cannot even fight..W got few beautiful lakes..TPM got factory view..Htc view...Federal Highway and Toll view

If not mistaken the 650k is promotion price valid for 2 weeks only. And it ended by last week.
