I read somewhere on this tread u can write to HDA or something about the refund? Deduction of rm100 for the bank fee is valid 2% about rm100, but rm1k is too much!

the lake or rather landscaping build up is kinda small? if i imagine paloma beside that, it wouldnt left much space in terms of the park stretch to accommodate the next 3 phases of development? or maybe its the angle problem i m seeing from the video. nevertheless, its cool to have the air view..
