Hope no mall here.. Although I like TMP product n concept, a mall here will fail as this is a highly industrial area n Shah Alam area (this is actually rebranded subang) only has space for I City Mall n AEON Section 13.. Any other mall by tropicana will face similar fate like tropicana city mall at best..

Best to convert some commercial portions to residential n make some developer managed shops downstairs like Nexus Bangsar South..
