yeah alot of investors still think every investment can bring high returns... this area is more suited to a 550-650 psf type development for middle income earners.. not high end parks and kilang nearby which apparently got high paying expats to fill up the condo

I just came back. Paloma still got units left. Only the studios were sold out. Price around $850 per sq ft before discount for 916 sq ft. I like the 916 sq ft ones. I overheard that there were still some Pandora units left.

Food is quite nice. Acceptable for me. Much better than the launch I went last weekend. 

I didn't ask. Still many units available for Paloma. They need to finish selling those first. If prices keep going up, will have lesser buyers. Overheard someone saying at these prices, better get landed.

The 15.5 discount covers your 5k booking, downpayment and those interest stuff while in construction. you should get back abit more money I guess

I think 20% is inclusive of Bumiputra discount ... hence we can only envy.
