Hi,

I need help..more like opinions from everyone.
I'm in my final year, mechanical eng. and I've received 2 conditional offers; from exxonmobil malaysia and another one from baker hughes UK.
I'm having a hard time deciding  blink.gif  hmm.gif  blink.gif
I was just wondering, which is better; experience-wise and possibility to progress further in work?
Anyone working with the one of the supermajor and service companies?

Hi Guys,

I need info on PETCO (Petronas Trading Corporation). It’s a wholly owned subsidiary of Petronas- the only info I could find from the main website.

I'm attending a chat session soon for Chartering under PETCO.

Any info on this OPU and the specific role which can help me to prepare for the chat?

Yeah. Thanks for the tip. and if the choices that we made didn't turn out great, lets just say we weren't that wise back then. but we are now wink.gif

Just to warn everyone of an ongoing scam that has been around for a couple of years.

The scam goes on like this:

You will receive an email from any of the big MNC O&G company something like below:
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

*DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL! DO NOT GIVE YOUR PASSPORT INFO OR ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFO.

If you do however reply the sender will reply with an online questionnaire as below:

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

The questionnaire will appear as if it is legit, complete with the company's letter head, official email and phone number BUT it is a SCAM. The scam might appear to come from Petronas, Shell, Aramco or any big O&G MNC. So please be careful and please send this word out.

More info on the scam can be read at:
