I sms him also no reply, called the mobile also never pick up. Today I called Stephanie again and she said the cheque is not issued by him yet.

i got my check already.
have to go all the way to KL and show him the booking form.
since he give so many excuses, i make him give no excuse.

but the check only can bank in this friday.
hope everything goes well with the check.

u call the office around noon and ask whether the boss is there.
if yes, go and find him. bring all the receipts and booking form.

Wah issue cheque also never issue the current date one? You should get him put the date let say take last friday or saturday the date on the same day

I called him, and scolded him said last friday to come to pick up but never issue and he only said will check with account.

Really headache. Anyhow my fren already filed the complaint to tribunal, if he still give excuse to issue the cheque then will claim thru the tribunal no point wasting time and petrol to go their office. Dare not go there alone as i told u before the Ohara so fierce later bit me if she sees me alone there

I jus received the call from the officer of MOT and their investigation on the Extremevac have done and in the midst to bring them up to the court.

Extremevac do not have the right to do outbound travel @@ CHEATER

Hi I'm also one of the victim of this con travel agency. We - 26 of us r suppose to fly today @ 9.00pm to Gold Coast Australia however till 1.00pm we still have not got our confirmation and there are more than 30 peoples waiting for confirmation or refund @ the agency. Hence we have reported the case to YB Tan Kok Wai. YB visited the agency with a few reporters @ 3.00pm and advise all of us to made a group police reports tom morning
3 Dec 2010 - 10.00am at Pudu Police station. Hope everyone that have booked thru this agency and pending for their confirmation will meet up tom at the police station

everybody in lowyat, a reminder NEVER EVER GO TO EXTREME VACATION!
everyone knows that trip cancellation is normal, but you have to inform customer earlier and refund on time.
this is very fishy that they promote cheap travel packages, get all the money, cancel trip, no inform, no refund until when forced to.

i really don't know what is in the Mr Lai's mind.

Well i'm glad the police take action and they really deserve it. What a lame excuse the Lai gave, the money stuck somewhere and what the h***, they use our money to do on other business, so irresponsible! I did not get back my money yet as the Lai disappeared already when the time i chase for my cheque.

My fren already made a complaint at the tribunal hopefully we can get back our money. He wants to pay all the ppl back by monthly or installment no way man like that wait until when like this

Any english or malay paper show this news??

Now that everything's exposed i think it will be harder to get the money back...however since it's mentioned that he will pay back in instalments, then i think he would not dare to go back on his words as police have already identified him.

it will be good now to gather as much people as you can which have yet to get their money returned to go after him...it will be easier with more numbers as you will have more say.

any results? what did the police say?

i called MOT today and they said they are only responsible to close down his business but cannot help us for the refund.

can the police help in this case??
