that's correct. i have myself experienced a lot of time. the driver normally refuses to take you to the place that unconvenient for him just by shaking head

, or asking for stupid price ( 12rm from bkt bingtang to klcc, normally around 4rm

).
but the worst thing is there are lots of cheaters. i dont know what they heve done with the meter, but it runs like a horse and sometimes "jumps" directly
