Yeah, but at least when I listen, I already got knowledge about it, and in the future, if someone ask me about it, I can prevent them from eat the shit..

Aku aply kad ahli dia bayar RM399,pas2 bila nak tempah hotel diaorang tak layan.alasan diorang bagi kalau hotel saja tak boleh tempah mesti beli dengan pakej.Director diaorang En Ardiey Haikal.Untuk anda carilah rezeki halal untuk bagi keluarga anda,Jangan tipu duit orang!!

saya lom kena tipu. baru kelmarin saya terjumpa diorg ni buat promosi kat jusco cheras. twaran percutian mmg menarik.tp kena jadi member bayar rm399. saya baru bayar deposit rm100. sebab katanya promosi tu dah nak abis. takut x sempat. korang rasa boleh ke percaya company ni

Whichever agent you sign up, Do not sign up with Chan's World (said is Chan Brother's subsidary here in Malaysia).
We booked for a trip during Matta Fair, supposed to travel on the 5 Apr, then later they called to say the tour do not have enough people and we have to join the goup that's travelling on 14 Apr, then today called again and say have to change to 27 Apr!
And when we signed up it was for MAS airline, now it's change to AirAsia because their other clients requested for it! With no change in price. So ridiculous.

Plus their website doesn't even exist.


BTW, Premium Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd is a good one we tried.

this is ridiculous!

file a complaint and demand for refund. if they refuse, you can always resort to the Tribunal for Consumer Claim. filing fee is only RM5.00. you can claim back this amount from the tour agency, plus the cost (not exceeding RM200) that you have spent to file this claim. just remember to include these fees in the claim form. normally the process will consume about one month before the first hearing which is considered quite fast. no one can be represented by counsel/lawyer thus it is fair to the consumer who can't afford to engage a lawyer and the sum of claim is small.

you need to fill up 4 copies of Form 1 with the maximum claim capped at RM25,000.00. the award made by the tribunal is final and binding.

Finally my case was settled, they refund me by last day of the court set. So upset with it.

In the meanwhile, i received a call from a Lady. She also have the same experienced with this Travel Agent, WWW Best(?!) Holiday Sdn Bhd. At last she look for MCA to help her to settle the case.

Really hope this kinds of company bankrupt as soon as possible. Dont cheat people's money in this world.

Alamak..kenape saya lambat search pasal Pantium Discovery Vacation nih...aduh..saya sudah ditipu oleh company di Jusco Balakong, last month. Dan pada 09 April (Friday) saya mengambil keputusan untuk terus ke ofis penipu ni, di alamat : D1-15 Plaza Pantai, Jalan Pantai Bahru, Off Pantai Junction[SIZE=7], tapi, tiada seorang pun di sana, ofis berkunci dan gelap..Apakah ini???? KEPADA DIRECTOR COMPANY NI...JANGAN LAH MENIPU ORANG, BUKAN SEMUA ORG SENANG!!! BUKAN SENANG NAK CARI DUIT!!! esok saya akan ke Tourism Malaysia dan Tribunal untuk report pasal ni...ada lagi mangsa2 Pantium Discovery ni???

OMG!!!!i just found out this forum leiii...my bF registered under Priority Guest last year (i think)...promoter beri ayat2 manis dia...even give us free t-shirt...my bF paid rm399 for the stupid card...just found out it was a scam today!!!pathetic...@____@ how can we refund back our money???help us...as i read the forum..another company already took over the Priority guest company...huhu can we ask for refund frm them?gosh..we found out about this too late is it?

Need Help !!!

Story begin with me and my wife decide to go honeymoon in Hokkaido, so we called the travel agent in Penang and ask her for trip that still open for booking.

Trip is Malaysia > hongkong (transit one night) > Hokkaido, then come back from Hokkaido > transit hongkong one night> Malaysia.

She said she got one on 19/5/2010. so i booked it and decide to extend 4 days 3 night my stay in HongKong when coming back. Ask them arrange everything for me. So everything is done deal. from what they said.

After couple days, i went to their agency and pay for the deposit. after that figured out my wife is pregnant, and start has pregnant sickness.
then i got called from the agent saying i have to pay in full, coz it is near to the date ( still 11 days to go.).

I told them my problem, and they still insist that my wife can go, and insisted me paying in full.

then i asked them , can i cancel the trip ? they said cannot , even i want to cancel i still have to resposible for the trip flight ticket, which still have to pay more than RM 4000 for both cancellation.

What can i do ? do i really have to pay them the RM4000 ++ ?
i want to cancel due to emergency matter, not like i dun want to go.

pls advise .....thx

The most you can lose is your deposit that you have paid, they cannot force you to pay the full amount unless you have sign some legal agreement. Just my view.

Wah, getting more complicated. I don't think they have the right to keep your passports. If they don't give them back, make a police report. Maybe others here more familiar with legal matters can comment.

i suggest you get a official letter from a doctor that can prove whether your wife suitable to travel or not at this time nod.gif but from what i know is, the doctor's advice is your wife is not suitable for travelling at this moment as your wife are just pregnant. so you can ask your doctor to issue a official letter for you to show to the travel agency and process for a refund.

Dear all,

I have a case here...
I have booked a ground trip to Bangkok during Matta Fair (not knowing Bangkok has a unstable politcal matters) and the travelling date was 24 may 2010 and not knowing the sitution in Bangkok gets worst. But the we did email the hotel which the travel agent booked for us and they emailed us on 20 May 2010 that they are closing because of the protest and curfew announce by the government of Thailand.
But then the travel agent just make dont know and never advice us on the situation in Bangkok... even Airasia give us the choice of either postphone or change of destination.
Today the Travel agent has called up and says that they consider i did not show up in Bangkok and that my fully paid package has expired.

Dear All.... what can i do to them in order to get at least 50% refund back from the travel agent... I have the booking slip stated the hotel name and i have the email from that hotel stated they are closing the hotel before my booking date.... Please help!

I asked her to change my destination on 20 May 2010 nd she say she cant help me cos its close to my date.... damn it was 4 days before my arrival date!!!

Could not believe it such reputable Reliance Travel can do this to their customer!!! No follow up... No advice.... No updates on the Bangkok situation... even we have to ask the hotel ourself to get info in bangkok... damn.... is there anymore trustable travel agent in Malaysia?!?!?
