And when we signed up it was for MAS airline, now it's change to AirAsia because their other clients requested for it! With no change in price. So ridiculous.

Plus their website doesn't even exist.
BTW, Premium Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd is a good one we tried.

file a complaint and demand for refund. if they refuse, you can always resort to the Tribunal for Consumer Claim. filing fee is only RM5.00. you can claim back this amount from the tour agency, plus the cost (not exceeding RM200) that you have spent to file this claim. just remember to include these fees in the claim form. normally the process will consume about one month before the first hearing which is considered quite fast. no one can be represented by counsel/lawyer thus it is fair to the consumer who can't afford to engage a lawyer and the sum of claim is small.

you need to fill up 4 copies of Form 1 with the maximum claim capped at RM25,000.00. the award made by the tribunal is final and binding.
