U can't compare much when its diff platform... every platform there are pros n cons... just personal preferences

If u do gaming go for iPhone
If u want productivity go for note 2

I am a ex iPhone 4, s2, gnex user and using HOX now... never will go back to iOS simply because I seldom do gaming... other than gaming and camera (n maybe the silent button for iPhone ) I don find any reason using iOS ...highly spec android phones r not slow but just inconsistent... if that 1 sec start up lag really matters u much then u choose iOS or maybe windows phone... personally that's no big deal for me... at the end of the day u still still reach Ur objectives in the same manner... faster on note 2 I assume because it maybe loads stuff faster but just inconsistent... n without jaikbreaking Ur iPhone I really Dono how many steps u will need just to turn on Ur hotspot, WiFi and etc...

Personally thinks that the best combination would be android phone, iPad mini (but with retina), and maybe Microsoft surface tablet (next gen)...

Iphone without jailbreak ..more step to do even js open a wifi setting

Iphone also didn't see must better than other phones.
As you can see many peoples start change to use other phone.
But i can tell you Iphone is far behind others phone.
Do you think in future Iphone will using quad core Processor with 2gb ram ?
Or still in stay in dual core fron A6 processor until A9999xxx with 1 gb ram ?
If Quad core not consider fast processor,why all this processor
manufacturer keep going come out latest processor ?
Why Iphone change from A5 to A6 ?
You can feel Iphone is best smartphone because no other model of smartphone which

Nope. Didn't notice any difference. Some forumers seem to report that problem blaming it on Google now. But i don't notice any difference

There is group of "intelligent" ppl out there will try to JB the iPhone
Once the exploit found, there is no way to patch the hole unless with new upgraded hardware, not software

With or w/out JB, ppl would still go & buy the iPhone

not gonna boast iphone, but iphone 5 with lower hardware spec could run on same par or better than note 2.
n i would gladly say that lumia is even better than note 2 with the latest wp8.

n not to forget, the trio (iOS, android, wp8) apps lifecycle are nearly identical. its the efficiency of iOS & wp8 memory management is better than android. period.

if u r talking about battery life, come on dude, note 2 battery capacity is like 2x/3x more than iphone 5 battery capacity. its obviously note 2 will have longer standby time

and i would like to emphasize that Samsung has an extremely bad reputation in their customer service and after-sales service. try ask those ppl that had their Samsung device breakdown n going through the service center, u will noe how their feeling.

Added on November 15, 2012, 4:09 pmcoz there is no such thing as perfect. everything has a loop hole, and thats y there are always update to patch those holes. even yor android has more loop hole than iOS. wp8 still not sure yet as it still new.

lets be realistic, every software in this world is not perfect, there r always patch and updates r required to be installed. eg. Torchlight 2 has being updated constantly to keep the game bugs in check.

didn't care much about spec...heck, since iphone 2G, i never really cared about the processor speed or whatsoever...

problem now is the IOS looks very boring and not so exciting anymore...

so i'm just changing to note 2 and see how it goes...if android sucks...i'll be back on iOS... hehehe....

my iphone4 battery life sux anyway as i need to charge it before night...

so hardware, running on par or not....i never really notice much about it...
