QUOTE(Shazzac @ Aug 28 2011, 11:33 AM) You should just change your RM to Baht in malaysia before departing. However, i've heard that the exchange rate is so much better in the Thailand. But for me, I usually change all my currencies in KL before departing. RM1 = B9.72, is the highest i've seen if u change it in Thailand.

Few sen diff will not make any great impact but if more than 40sen differences wth market rate..Than that's will be huge diff..every 10sen diff from market, you will loss ~RM10 per RM1K you change. So if only RM300, you probably loss the most RM5..haha comparer wth the best downtown...Well, you save by not paying parking & toll + fuel cost that probably comes to ~ RM20 just to save on the RM5 you gain!!

Hi,
I'm going to Dubai and Cairo end of October. Just wondering, should I change MYR to Dirham in malaysia? or should i just change MYR to USD? or should i change MYR to all three currencies = Dirham, USD, Egyptian Pound?

Going to shenzhen next week and canton fair at guangzhou. Staying period 15 to 20th. How much to bring for light shopping, food and travelling expenses? RM3000 would be enough?
Should I change all RM3000 in KL to USD or RMB?
