Yeah, the Mac Retina display is the best out there right now. If you really need to use Win software, there are ways to run Win7/8 in Mac OSX

There are some good screens in ultrabook, e.g. Asus Zen, HP Spectre. But they normally come in the 13" size.
If you are professional, and can up the budget, check out Lenovo Thinkpad W530. One of the spec has a good screen.
Also check out the Sager / Illegear site. It's gamer oriented. But for most of their offering, you can customise and opt for a high gamut screen. So maybe you can opt for the cheapest model, and customise for the best screen

Usually use to gaming and editing some photos, i saw the Lenovo y580 is the best among all other at the price of RM2999. Just wanna know if there is another better laptop than my on-cart laptop

You do get a lot more options for 14" notebooks, and its usually the standard size for most people (although most girls I know prefer 13")
The Asus K46/56 have pretty short battery lives unfortunately

The link you have point to 2 different screen size: 14" vs 15". Same screen resolution (only HD) though.
GT640M and HD7730M is about on par (depends on which benchmark / games you look at, but very close generally). I will give the edge to GT640M due to Nvidia current better driver support. AMD is picking up the slack, but according to most IT sites, Nvidia still have more hands on deck in driver development.

Do note that Inspiron 15R SE has a spec that come with FHD screen at ~ RM3k.
