i got my IP range around 175..now my IP 175.145.xxx.xxx. my torrent speed quite good (i capped at 150KBps..almost stable that speed)...only youtube doesnt smooth at 480p n above.

youtube streaming not as smooth as before. Always see the bar buffer a while then stop, buffer a while then stop -.-
my friend can't even watch pps smoothly also. |

Youtube download via downloader is also slow. Can only get 40+Kb instead of 400+kB. Common TM, you can't even let me youtube in peace.

Also guys, refrain registering new line from agent (not all) but be very careful, make sure your IC photostate write "TM Use only" etc. Lot's of cases in here, agent didnt properly register user, ends up different address, no name, identity theft.. and it's going rampant.
