Now its okay. Torrent is no more throttled it seems. Can get more than 100kbps. Kuching area.

Throttling is backup again. Suddenly my wifi got that "no connection" icon last night. When I restart the router, my torrent is slow again. Oh TM is trolling me now.  |

Youtube download via downloader is also slow. Can only get 40+Kb instead of 400+kB. Common TM, you can't even let me youtube in peace.

The speed seems unthrottled (torrent and youtube) this morning. But it could change.
