i went there on Sat (15/2/14) evening...it is on 5th floor (ground + 4 levels up) for block A~~a bit dark thats y i did not take photo~
quite fast if u ask me~~

vry soon will reach my lvl...
but block B still very slow right?

yeap i cannot see block B from outside the security perimeter~~
likely to be on ground level only..

till now i still dunno which is ground floor. but if i rmbr correctly, we dont have G floor.

after carpark3,2,1 then straight to level 1

yes u r right, level 1 also known as podium level where few units for owners, gym room, swimming pool & common facilities (including management office) are located.

btw, looking Seri Puteri Condo by Amber Resource S/B (related to Amber Homes)

we need expertise to answer the question whether will d qualify at casa same with seri puteri onot...

but we are using mivas system, so can i assume better finishing?

it means the project name will be changed later like Kiara Residence to Desa Jalil?
if thats the case, can we sue the developer?

btw, may i know the data extract from kpkt is uptodate?
so stil left 18 unsold units hold by developer?

bro...when KR name chg to Desa Jalil? previously was planning to buy there then end up x jadi...huhu
